Quality design takes careful curation, but we know you are eager to see your home's transformation! Once we complete your initial consultation, receive your property assets, and officially kick off your project slot, you can expect your first photorealistic renderings within 7 to 10 business days for 1 side which typically begin within a week of our meeting. Please keep in mind that additional sides will extend this timeline.

Short and honest answer… I don’t know. I do know it will be more than 2 or 3. You could receive anywhere between 5 to 12 designs because my job is to exhaust those possibilities within the scope of our agreed upon notes. I want to make sure you have as much ammo to give your Painter or Contractor which also increases your confidence.

During our initial meeting, we map out your aesthetic goals so thoroughly that I typically exhaust multiple design variations and present you with several different options right from the start. Once you review those initial directions, your package includes one free, comprehensive round of revisions within the scope of our agreed-upon plan to tweak your favorite look and lock it in as perfect.

No problem at all. I may request additional photos from various angles to help me better understand the layout. This will allow me to stitch together a visual of your home with no obstruction.

No AI is used in my designs or social media marketing. My tool of choice is Adobe Photoshop, which gives me complete control over hundreds of layers. By designing everything manually, I gain a deep understanding of every nook and cranny of your home. This allows me to make careful, practical decisions that truly enhance your curb appeal.
